The Office of Student Engagement (OSE) supports Wake Forest students by creating inclusive spaces where they can connect, get involved, and grow both personally and professionally. OSE provides resources, guidance, and opportunities that help students and organizations engage meaningfully on campus, develop essential life skills, and find their place within the Wake Forest community.

University Counseling Center
The Wake Forest University Counseling Center provides confidential mental health services to support students through the challenges of college life. Experiencing stress or personal concerns is a normal part of being a student, and the Counseling Center is here to help promote overall wellbeing and academic success. Services include an initial screening and evaluation, individual and group counseling, crisis support, and referrals to additional resources when needed. All services are confidential and available to currently enrolled students.

Women's Center
The Wake Forest University Women’s Center is a welcoming space open to all students that promotes gender equity, supports women and individuals for whom womanhood is a meaningful identity, and builds community through programs and events. The Center fosters opportunities for reflection, leadership development, advocacy, and inclusive dialogue around women’s and gender issues. It also offers a lounge space for students to relax, connect, and access resources throughout the year.

Wellbeing Center
The Wake Forest University Office of Wellbeing supports students in building healthy, balanced lives by focusing on wellbeing across multiple dimensions - including emotional, physical, social, intellectual, and more. Through the campus-wide THRIVE initiative, the Office offers programs, coaching, education, and resources that empower students to manage stress, connect with community, and develop lifelong skills for resilience and wellness.

Deacon Health
Deacon Health is Wake Forest University’s on‑campus medical clinic serving undergraduate and graduate students. It provides comprehensive primary care and health services — including routine and urgent care, physical exams, immunizations, STI screening and treatment, pharmacy, lab and X‑ray services, and behavioral/psychiatric support — to help students stay healthy and supported during their time at WFU. Students can schedule appointments through the Deacon Health Portal and access after‑hours nurse support when needed. All care is focused on promoting student wellbeing and enabling academic and personal success.

Campus Recreation Center
The Wake Forest University Campus Recreation department supports an active and healthy lifestyle by offering a wide range of fitness, sports, and outdoor programs for students. Campus Rec provides access to facilities like the Wellbeing Center, intramural and club sports, group fitness classes, aquatics, Outdoor Pursuits adventures, and equipment rentals — all designed to help students stay active, build community, and enjoy recreation on campus and beyond.
